Friday Chook Run
The Chook Runners played a stroke competition on the back nine on Friday and the winner was Stephen Fahey with 30 nett. The runnerup was Beryl Nosworthy on 33 nett. Beryl is getting her handicap down with wins for two weeks in a row. Ann Gardel missed out on the prize when she was not present on Friday afternoon for the draw.
Juniors
There will be no coaching for Juniors over the school holidays, good luck in Townsville.
Dawnbusters
Allan Greedy was the winner of the 9 hole competition played by the Dawnies on Sunday, he had a 46 gross, 32 nett score. Runner up Allan Scott beat Richie Callan for the spot on a countback with a score of 35 nett. Allan Greedy also won thje pinshot on number 9. Graeme Stoodley was the snake putter, Bruce Upchurch won the Bradman's prize and Tom Fleming had the least number of putts.

RESULTS 16th SEPTEMBER, 2007
This week the club played a 9-hole stableford event.
A-grade winner was Chris Bailey with 24 points and runner-up was Kym Hill
with 19 points.
B-grade winner was Darren Williams on 25 points with the runner-up Mick
Cooper with 19 points.
C-grade winner was Ian Giles with 25 points and runner-up was Beck McPherson
with 24 points on a count-back from Gilly.
Nearest the pins were won by Ernie Holstein for A-grade; Rob McFarlane for
B-grade; and Gilly for C-grade. Longest drive was won by Chris Bailey.
