Wednesday Ladies
The ladies played in Bowen this week while the greens were being renovated.
Friday Chook Run
Our new Super, Bob Dwyer has started to play the Friday Chook run and second time out he has blitzed the field and taken the stableford competition with 23 stableford points. Runner up, Lance Lloyd came in with 20 stableford points and third place was taken by Tyrone Kovacs with 19 stableford points. The handicapper has made adjustments accordingly. Maybe Trevor Nosworthy should consider being at the clubhouse at 5.30 on a Friday for the card draw as his card came out again this week.
Juniors
Rob McConnell is still coaching our juniors every Tuesday afternoon. He has done a great job this year. Many thanks to Frank Goodfellow as well couldn't manage without you, Frank.
The juniors played a nine hole competition on Friday and the ball winners were Phillip Walker, Hayden Emmerson and Tayla Jeffries.

WHITSUNDAY GOLF CLUB
RESULTS 4th NOVEMBER, 2007
A monthly medal was played this week.
A-grade winner was Steve Fahey with 62net and Allan Graham, was runner-up with 63net.
B-grade was won by Troy Liesch on 53net with runner-up Peter Browning on 67net.
C-grade this week was a repeat of last weeks with Charlie Watchow once again winning with 64net and Gilly runner-up on 67net.
Nearest the pins were won by Allan Graham & Chris Doblo for A-grade; Donny Moore & Troy Liesch for B-grade; and Ian Giles & Gilly for C-grade. Longest Drive was won by Scotty Wardroper.
Donny Moore won the Dummy-spit even though his explanation was that he was swatting at a wasp with his club and not throwing a tantrum.
Next week the club will be travelling to Halliday Bay for the Christmas Party Week-end.
